Our Executive Team

Laura Maro is Director of Financial Analysis and Account Management for CUNDY. Her responsibilities include managing the Operations Department within Client Services. Her responsibilities include overseeing the research and RFP process; contract negotiations through implementation, communication and enrollment, and ongoing client service.

Laura has 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with diversified experience in Account Management and Claims. Her background includes a variety of roles with areas of responsibility encompassing National Account Management, Financial Analysis, Customer Service, Claims Management and Investigation.

During her career Laura has had the good fortune to have worked with a number of Fortune 500 employers. Her responsibilities include all aspects of working with clients; i.e., development and maintenance of strong client relationships, financial and plan design analytics and recommendations, vendor management and opportunities for business growth.

Laura attended Richland College and Ohio Northern University. She has attended the Strategic Account Management Association Conference and CIGNA’s Sales Training School and Management Training Program. She is licensed in Life, Health and Annuities.
