Bob Fleetwood is the managing partner of Management Tech Associates and a senior consultant with CUNDY. Dr. Fleetwood and his team have a successful history of building interrelated human resource solutions to strengthen the core of a company as it evolves through various growth phases. Bob and his firm provide senior case management expertise for CUNDY, executive compensation consulting and design, organizational assessment and improvement, and senior management coaching and development.

Dr. Fleetwood holds a Doctorate in Management/ Clinical Psychology from Oklahoma State University, and 25 years experience in senior management and business consulting. Before creating Management Tech Associates, Dr. Fleetwood was the Executive Vice-President of Blockbuster Entertainment Group, part of the Viacom/CBS Company. In this role, Dr. Fleetwood held worldwide responsibility for human resources, customer service, new technologies and strategic marketing. Dr. Fleetwood ran operating divisions including Spelling Entertainment, Republic Pictures, Virgin Interactive Technologies and Discovery Zone. Dr. Fleetwood was a member of the Viacom Executive Council.

Previously, he was Senior Vice President of corporate human resources and customer relations for NationsBank (now Bank of America). Earlier in his career he was the managing partner of Corporate Insights and Development, a management consulting firm based in Atlanta.
